Private Wealth Management Administrative Assistant - Philadelphia, PA
Advantage is currently looking for a bright, energetic and friendly Administrative Assistant to support a busy and highly successful Private Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of administrative support experience from a large corporate environment; previous financial industry experience is highly preferred, but not required. This is a full time, 12 month contract opportunity with a high potential to convert permanently, offering a competitive salary, overtime pay, paid time off, and benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and 401K.
Administrative Assistants working onsite at our client location, are responsible for:
Travel & Expense processing
Reservation booking for conference rooms, dinner, lunch, interviews, visitors, etc.
Presentation support copying, binding, and light PowerPoint editing
Incoming & outgoing mail
Backup phone coverage on floor
General administrative duties for the floor
Coordinate and Schedule office events
Coordinate Travel and Transportation
Maintain calendar schedules
Travel & transportation reservations
Return Mail including dormant account procedures
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a MUST
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of administrative work experience from a business-professional, fast paced, corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
College degree highly preferred
Can do attitude
Positive attitude to handle demanding people
Strong computer proficiency to learn and master internal programs as requiredBusiness professional environment and attire
