Wealth Management Administrative Assistant - Saratoga Springs, NY
Advantage is currently looking for bright, energetic and friendly Administrative Assistants to provide support within one of the nation's leading providers of comprehensive financial management for institutions, not-for-profits, high net worth individuals and their families. The ideal candidate should possess two to five years of administrative support experience from a large corporate environment (internship experience will be considered). This is a full time, 12 month contract opportunity with a high potential to convert permanently, offering a competitive salary, overtime pay, paid time off, and benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and 401K. Administrative Assistants working onsite at our client location are responsible for general office support, including but not limited to: Conference Planning. Independently schedule and plan preconference prep meetings with external contacts. Independently follow up with internal and external contacts to meet all conference deadline. Coordinate accommodations, transportation and additional conference logistic. Internal Events Planning. Liaise with high level corporate executives. Book conference rooms. Coordinate meeting schedules. Prepare correspondence and assist with catering needs. Assist team with travel arrangements and expenses. Additional responsibilities include: Maintain calendars and schedules. Answer phones. Maintain database and report preparation. Print and bind marketing materials. Scan documents for archiving. Process incoming & outgoing mail. Qualifications: 2-5 years of administrative experience in a professional corporate environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a MUST. Experienced. Microsoft Outlook user. Detail-oriented. Forward-thinker with an ability to plan ahead. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressured and fast paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player.
